    we called to have our daughters car detailed on 11/27/ 22 at 1pm he showed up on time and we had an emergency call and had to leave so i made the mistake of paying him in advance, i asked if he could get the stains out of the seats and he said yes. when we got back the first thing i looked at was the seats and the stains were still there and i thought ok well at least he tried no big deal, when i opened the hood it was another story it looked like he just wet it with a water hose there was still dirt and grease all over, i gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he forgot so i called him and asked him if he forgot to clean the engine, he told me "I completely dressed the engine" not sure what that meant so i said well there's still dirt and grease on it can you come back and redo the engine, that's when he got snotty and said "Im not coming back have a good day ***** and hung up on me" very unprofessional, p[people like this should not be in the service business, don't think you can do anything about this but I just wanted to file something so other people don't get ripped off like he ripped us off, he did come here and he did do work so i cant ask for a refund, he just did very poor quality work and i would at least like him to come back and do what he charged us for.
