    I had flooring installed 1.17.2017. Beginning in Nov 2022 I started to have glue come up between laminate. Initially I just cleaned it up myself.It continued to come up so I called Main Place. They said they would have someone stop by and inspect. No one showed up. After another week I called again. Same result. Another week I went into Main Place. I was told someone would be out the next day.Finally someone shows up, late Friday Dec 2022. No clear answer why this is happening. Said some one would be out Monday to clean it 8up.No one has showed up as of Jan. ********* called them back and told them I am very upset with the warranty covered they have show me.Haven't heard from them since that phone call.Glue continues to come up between laminate tile and my wife and I continue to clean it up.We are both 69 and have physical issues, It's hard to get down on the floor and deal with this issue.1.10.2023
