      I was told ******* had a couple of repairs ahead of mine on 7 May and that it would be looked at that week. ******* has said on he had my ****** ****** in the shop on 14 May two Mondays back and it was his top priority. He said it would be back to me Wednesday or at the latest Saturday. Called and talk with him again last Monday 21 May and he said it was in the shop as his top priority, I'd get it back by Wednesday or Saturday at the latest. Last Friday 24 May I spoke with ******* a third time and he said it was on his lift and would work on it over the weekend and that I'd have it back by 27 May at the latest. It's Tuesday 28th and I have heard not a word from *******. I would like help with holding ******* to what he says and get my ****** ****** repaired and returned to me.Thanks *****

      This was already resolved with customer.

      This customer ended up receiving a brand new tiller from the manufacturer which we arranged for him. We completely assembled the equipment and delivered it to him on June 14, 2024. The customer was VERY happy because his ******************** was completely replaced. He said he was sorry about the complaint and had planned to withdraw it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
