    This complaint it's for harvest on baseline. I called them many times on regards of product information and the employees there are playing games with the customers the lady who answer the phone extremely rude on apr 5th around 8pm.. told me to stop calling and if i wanted information to go on their website she said i was harassing the business and hong up on me... I spoke with ***** manager ****** also manager and ****** my complaints keep getting ignored and they refuse to give me the name of the person who is being unprofessional saying that they can't disclose employees information.

    On November 13, 2022, I went to HOC to pick up an order. While interacting with a very nice customer service agent, I told him I discovered I was entitled to receive a free gift when I came in around my birthday and I had come in twice within 3 days of my birthday yet no one mentioned this free gift to me. he discovered he couldn't provide this free gift, because even though four different individuals had looked at my ID with my birth date on it, it is not their responsibility to inform me of the available free gift, it is the customer's responsibility. I said I understand that, but please tell your fellow employees to note to customers about the availability of this free gift when checking their ID and before I could get this out I was rudely interrupted by another employee who had nothing to do with the transaction, ***. In order to complete my sentence I raised my voice instead of stopping speaking only to be insulted and interrupted. The employee simply raised his voice louder at me and told me complaining will not do any good it's not the store's responsibility and that's the end of it. Further, a manager walked up + instead of telling the other employee to stop raising his voice with a customer, and to stop interacting with another employee's customer, and instead of apologizing for me not receiving the free gift, the manager simply repeated to me "please complete your transaction. Please complete your transaction." As I walked out the door, *** loudly shouted an insult at me across the entire store. When I called + spoke with *******, a manager, about what had occurred, he took an aggressive + negative tone with me and suggested that I was the problem, and then hung up on me when I said I was going to file a BBB complaint. I want an apology from ***, from *******, and from the store, and an assurance that customer service agents will be trained never to interrupt a customer, never insult a customer, and never yell an insult to them as they walk out the door.

    Good Afternoon,

    After doing some research and having a conversation with the store, we have found that this complaint was also called in to our corporate complaint line and even posted online.  The situation has been covered with both the team involved and the guest back when the original complaint was submitted in November of 2022.

    The company's representative is incorrect, as my complaint was NEVER called in to their corporate complaint line and WAS NEVER posted online, except through BBB, the Better Business Bureau.  The situation has NEVER been resolved, EITHER back when the original complaint was submitted in November of 2022, OR SINCE. The company completely ignored my BBB complaint. Furthermore, as I noted in my initial complaint, I called the direct location where I had my experience and spoke with the purported manager, who hung up on me. Everything in their response, basically, is incorrect.
