      My ***** line was broken during an excavation by a concrete company and I called Advanced Septic for help and asked what it would take to fix it. "*****" would have to see it before he could tell you anything. ***** came to my house and told my husband and I what it would take and the quote was quite high ($7500). It was one leg of the ***** line. When my husband said he would get other quotes, ***** asked very snarkily, "Who's my competition?". I scheduled for the work and his secretary said he could do it the next day. Since he got my husband upset with that retort, I looked for other quotes and cancelled the work to be done. I did find a better price and they quickly repaired the line. Now ************************ LLC has sent me an invoice for $150.00 for a consultation fee. I replied back there was no word of there being a consultation fee and that was bad business practice to throw at a customer. ***** replied back they don't usually charge a fee, but since I cancelled my job appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I am being charged that fee. There is nothing on the estimate THAT I NEVER SIGNED stating there was any cancellation fee. VERY POOR BUSINESS TACTICS from this company.
