At the end of May I signed up for a deal at Alpha storage two months at half price each month, the first month of course had some fees so it came out to $130 total with the $99 for a month plus the fees. The computer would not accept the second month at half off, but ***** assured me that I would get half off the second month as in the ad and as we agreed when I called. I had had her write this on the front of the agreement and she signed it and dated (see photo.) The following month they bill me the full price , over $200 for the unit. I called right away, and ***** again assured me she would get it refunded to my card. Over the next month, I called repeatedly and was assured that they would send me a check for the refund. ***** blamed the very poor quality of the new management. At that time I believed her, but now I wonder if she was lying from the beginning after she made the mistake. I would never give these people a credit card or do any kind of business with them. They are treacherous, and I do not have the time or money to *** them. So now I am going to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the *******************************. I gave them plenty of opportunities to simply make it right and refund the $100 they overcharged me. Run from this terrible place. There are plenty of good choices for storage facilities in the Cottonwood area.
