      Yavapai Bottle Gas has been a nightmare from the beginning. They lied to and insulted me on the very first day they installed my tank. They didnt follow their own pre-buy agreement by keeping the tank full. They dont provide meters for their tanks without credit applications on file, then charge $75 fees to come and fill your tank, despite it being your *************** date. When I wouldnt let them in to inspect a stove that WAS NOT LEAKING, they took the hose and regulator, and put a lock on the tank. Im seeking full and immediate restitution of all fees, and gas purchased, and a public apology.

      Yavapai Bottle Gas has removed a propane tank from my property. On Monday June 19, 2023 we had propane delivered to our home, we made a payment arrangement with them where we paid $140.00 on Monday June 19, 2023, which was successful, and the remainder of what was owed would be automatically withdrawn from the same account on Thursday June 22, 2023. On June 22, 2023 a driver for Yavapai Bottle Gas showed up at our residence at around 2:30pm to lock the tank. We immediately called Yavapai Bottle Gas to fix the situation. We were told that payment was not successful, and realized that the billing lady attempted to charge the wrong card. The issue was fixed and bill was paid in full, a total of $404.11 was paid and charged on June 22, 2023. We asked that the tank not be locked and were told that they were still locking the tank, driver was still at the home. They proceeded to lock the tank and told us that they would not unlock it until the next morning and we had to pay a $75.00 reconnection fee. I disputed this and explained that the bill was payed in full on the scheduled date chosen for payment, that they had no reason to continue to lock the tank or refuse to unlock it if the driver was still there or in the area. The office manager proceeded to tell me she did not care and it was not her problem, that I either pay the fee or itll remain locked. She charged our card $45.00 to reconnect. ****** had left but returned a few minutes later but she refused to allow him to unlock the tank. Said we had to wait till the next morning. Some heated discussion was had and I informed her this was ridiculous and bad business. She yelled at me and said some pretty awful thing because I didnt agree with what she was doing. This morning June 23, 2023 two Yavapai Bottle Gas trucks showed up on our property, instead of unlocking the tank and hooking us back up, they took the tank, said they are terminating and have not provided a refund for the propane we paid for and did not use.

      When you use vile and filthy language against one of our Female Employees don't expect to stay a customer of ********************** very long.
