Issue: car damaged during shipping from ** to CT Date of pick up: 6/17/23 Date car received: 6/26/23 (after midnight. Was supposed to be delivered 6/21-22/23)Order #:31206443 Amount paid by me to the company for shipping: 1375$Cost of repair: 543.52$ (never reimbursed by the company)The business does not respond to my calls. After shipping the car became undrivable because the steering wheel became very off center, and the car was making weird noises when trying to drive.I texted the driver, and he confirmed that he noticed it and suggested to Venmo me 100$. I said that there may be a more serious issue than just alignment (because I have never had problems with this car before shipping, but after the shipping it was making strong noise and the steering wheel was so much off center - I thought there is clearly some damage), and I said I will bring the car to a mechanic, and will let the driver know what was the issue, and he agreed to proceed with it. After the inspection, it turned out that the right inner front wheel rod got bent during the shipping process, and the only way to fix the alignment was to replace it. I texted it to the driver and sent him the car inspection results just before the shipping and after the shipping as well as the receipt, but he never responded.Because the car clearly got damaged during shipping, I reached out to booking company for the insurance contact, and then I contacted the insurance company (great ******************** and they said that the amount of damage is within the policyholder retention policy and should be reimbursed through the shipping company (Arizona Auto Relocation LLC). The company never responded to my calls, and I can't find their email. Find attached:- photo of the steering wheel after shipping;- car inspection just before and after the shipping;- receipt;- screenshot of the text messages with the driver (additional screenshots to display some of them in full). The driver's phone # is **********.
