      Where do I start.Customer Service: Not pleasant hangs up on you every time very unprofessional. Received a call from ***** 5/6/24 yelling calling me a liar for this YELP review threatened to get me in trouble with the owner of my complex for this review. Stated she never had a phone conversation with me. But my records indicate we have spoke 10 different times since January of this year. She even threatened to *** me for deformation. Technicians: Very rude unprofessional. Untrustworthy Improper installation, which caused a seepage of gas in a home with small children and ill tenant. Knowingly left a home even when they admitted to smelling gas.Product: Broken and unsafe appliances. Installed an appliance that was filthy, bug crawling out of it. Wrong parts which cause it to be deemed unsafe by SouthWest Gas.Please beware this is not a reliable company. This review I pray catches at least one persons attention and they avoid this site all together. It just may save your life. Also, document and take photos of everything. If you do have to use them,don't let them leave unless everything has been checked everything works and fits perfectly. The replacement stove I have received finally works and has been deemed safe by a licensed and very pleasant contractor (not with Sun Cities Appliance).

      I would NOT give this business any stars!!! I made a purchase 7/23 & it is now 1/24 & I've yet to have all the issues resolved. Tore-up my 1 wk old new upper cabinet installing an over-the-stove microwave. Had to replace the veneer to bring it a somewhat better condition - but it's not like it was! Refrigerator froze over $200 worth of food; missing freezer shelf; ice maker doesn't work or dispense. Refrigerator was delivered filthy. I am out hundreds of hard earned dollars! Numerous phone calls & numerous letters documenting everything. The final call I was told 'You're too demanding!" If wanting a working refrigerator/freezer & a cabinet brought back to its original condition is too demanding - wait until we're in court! I've gotten nothing but the runaround - like everyone else! I am confused as to how this business stays in business with all the negativity - lies - deceit. I don't know why any of the complainants have not taken their matters to a 3rd party - Maricopa County Justice Court. At lease I know there will not be impartiality & no more run-around!
