I received a postcard in the mail with a promotional discounted price to Twin Arrows Hotel and Casino. The Price would be $109.00 for me, my husband, and my 18 month old twin boys to stay one night, during the week. We decided to drive all the way from ********* ** to Twin Arrows to stay the night, I would play slots that night and the next morning we would go hike ************* National Monument. We packed up all our things, filled up our vehicle with gas and left 09/08/22. When we got to the room we set up our 18 month old twins play pins. Two separate play pins so they could sleep and not bite each other. During the night both of our babies kept waking up screaming and crying. We thought maybe it was just traveling and they were uncomfortable not being in their cribs. Usually when we travel they are exhausted from the stimulation and have no trouble falling asleep in their play pins. All night they kept waking up crying until finally we put them in bed with us. When we finally got up in the morning exhausted from the drive an being up all night with the twins we saw *** BITE marks all over their bodies. Their heads, legs, arms and chest had giant red bite marks all over them. A dozen a piece on each baby. We went down to the lobby to leave and talk to the manager. The girls at the front said they did not know what to do except put it in the notes of the reservation. When we asked for the manager they handed us her card and said to email her as she was unavailable. We took pictures of the *** BITES on our babies and emailed them to her. Waited in the parking lot for over an hour trying to get ahold of her to no avail. We sent the email with the pictures attached to this complaint, and still have not heard from her. We started driving home to take the babies to our primary doctor, and by the time we made it to Snowflake, they were closed for the weekend on Friday. We didnt want to take them to urgent care to get around sick people. Now we are waiting till Monday.
