- In-stock items, or special order lighting may be returned within 30 days. If an item is too large for you to return we will arrange for delivery back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item back in new condition, we will refund minus the shipping and handling fees. Sale items may also be returned within 30 days for store credit. Furniture that has been Special Ordered and built according to client specifications cannot be returned since The Lite Company must pay builders and freight costs and are not permitted to return these pieces to the manufacturer. We always work with our clients to the best of our ability should there be any problem or concern.
