Run as fast as you can! I was a customer they promise to entirely set your home up! They have ruined my home gave my home more problems by damaging it trying to blame the delivery company! They have every excuse in the world and dont do good work. I will be taking them to small claims court . They start off real nice old couple but they sure rip you off and have felons that work for them. They left shingles flapping in the wind on my mobile home. Please whatever you do use ******* mobile home service ! Do not use three peaks they are thieves crooks liars and do not finish their work . They take parts off your mobile home .

********************** was explained both on the phone and with a quote as to the work she was asking about. She choose what she wanted done and the work was completed without any damage to her home. Nothing was stolen or damaged on her home or property.

I hired Three Peaks to replace the skirting on my mobile home and do some repairs on the undercarriage as well. Because I trusted them I paid them the deposit they requested to purchase parts and then waited and waited and waited. When I called they said ***** had been very ill but they would call back soon to schedule a time to start. They never did and did not return subsequent phone calls. I took them to small claims court and won. Now all I have to do is collect. Bottom line: Dont hire these people. Period. They are not reliable. And whatever you do, do not under any circumstance, pay them for work not already done!

The deposit that was paid was for special order skirting which has to be paid for at the time of the order which is non refundable. ************** was aware if this. She would not agree to a postponement for the court hearing that was requested, as ***** was in the hospital and wasn't able to appear, so she won the case by default.
