D.O.T- 04/13/2023. First transaction was $32.00. I changed my mind the 2nd transaction total was $27.53. The business is suppose to be a safe environment to buy medical Marijuana products along with PROFESSIONAL staff and professional customer service. The nature of the dispute was I paid $27.53 for **** grams of Marijuana flower, I gave the budtender $40.00 and she gave me only ten dollars back. I left As I approach the bus stop I noticed I was missing the rest of my change. I was suppose to get back $*****(Receipt attached) but I only had a ten dollar bill. I go back right away to high mountain health and asked for a manager because I was missing $2.47. I waited, the manager came out his first name is *******. I'm a customer so I don't know his last name. ******* came out and slammed both of my receipts on a table in the lobby and asked me what was I missing. I told ******* I was missing $2.47. From the ***** owed. Romaine yelled at me and said you came all the way back here ******** about $2.47. This is a manager mind you. So I said yes its part of my change. ******* reached in his pocket and threw $3.00 dollars in my hand. I told him that's illegal I didn't purchase my product from him and I wanted my change from the register i payed at. ******* is aggressively In my face yelling at me telling me I needed to leave, he gave me 3 dollars. now I needed to go get on the bus cause ******* said I was bothering him when I just left that dispensary 5 min ago. As ******* is still taunting me making me feel bad about getting my own change. I asked receptionist for a card to make a complaint. The security guard did nothing to control his employee. After I got the card from receptionist i walked out and I told **************** was gonna file a complaint.******* told me to stop wearing fake hair then locked me out. I was humiliated, embarrassed and cried home. **** I emailed and called the owner/ another manager named ****** They both DID NOTHING. DIDNT RETURN MY EMAILS OR CALLS.
