    We were long time customers. We scheduled an oil change in person for the following Saturday. Went in Saturday, they said I didnt have an appointment and Id have to schedule one. So whatever, mistakes happen so I re-scheduled for the following Monday. Went in Monday, not only do they tell me Im not scheduled but they tell me Ive missed two appointments. I feel really sorry for ****, hes a great mechanic but his wife **** is totally incompetent and worse yet, tries to hide it by yelling at long time customers. How they are still in business I have no clue. Go elsewhere.
