    I was traveling across the country from CA to **. I started to experience tire issues and a pull to the right and a general ********* driving experience. I got several tires replaced and was told at the tire shop I needed an alignment but that it had to be done at ******** due to proprietary equipment. The MB Flagstaff service shop said they would fit us in on Mon 9/26 . Instead of doing an alignment, they spent about 4 hours diagnosing a problem we didnt actually have or ask about, and it was going to cost about $1300. We were also told that the car was fine without the repair and safe to drive. They never did an alignment and clearly didnt do a basic overall check since the very next day we had to replace the last tire. Again we were told that we needed an alignment that needed to be done at ******** due to the proprietary equipment issue. So we spent $265 for a diagnostic that did not diagnose the need to replace a tire and they never did the alignment that I originally asked for. Worst yet is that we were sent on our way driving a car that wasnt exactly safe to drive due to the tire that was definitely in need of replacement. I had to find another ******** Benz service that could take us (in ******) to pay another $225 to get the alignment I should have gotten at the Flagstaff MB. Additionally, the problem diagnosed by the service techs was not confirmed by the techs in ******. In fact they specifically said we were not having trouble with the *** which is what MB Flagstaff techs indicated and came as a surprise to me since I asked for an alignment. I r***ectfully ask for a refund of the $265 diagnostic fee since the actual problem we were having wasnt diagnosed and the service staff allowed us to drive on a tire that wasnt exactly safe, with an out of alignment car that was already beginning to damage the tires we had just replaced. Additionally I had to drive quite out of my way to find a MB service center in order to finally get the alignment
