I have had two separate run-ins with Mailboxes Plus of *********. In both instances, **** instructed me to file a police report (which I did), for mishandling of my mail, which is a felony and punishable with Federal Prison time.In or around August 2022, Mailboxes Plus handed mail from my mail box over the counter to my brother, *****************************, who "asked for it" (the mail). I was paying for my own PO box, and my mail should be confidential, and NEVER handed to someone over the counter. In my mail I had important legal documents that were lost. I did file a police report. The second occurrence happened in November 2022. Mailboxes plus signed a certified letter that was addressed to only me, and they did so without my permission. This was again a legal document, and signing someone else's name on certified mail that is addressed to me to sign is again illegal. I had no intention of accepting this piece of certified mail.**** again told me to report this to the police, which I did.Furthermore, the owner of Mailboxes Plus followed me out to my car and threatened to harm me (or kick my ***, as he said) at my home. He was setting with anger and I thought he was going to hit me. I was terrified and quickly got into my car.I also reported this to the police (Officer *************** send correspondence that you received this complaint. Thank you.
