    Threatened by physical violence by business owner. I parked to fill up my water jugs. Another vehicle was blocking the sign. A gentleman stopped and said I couldnt park there. I asked if there was a sign because I was parked up against circle k. He got aggressive and starting issuing profanities. I told him Im sorry this car and pointed to the car is blocking the sign. He said he didnt f*ing care. I asked if he owns that business and he said yes. I asked him how a business owner can speak to people this way without a grain of respect and he said are you coming at me. We can fight. I told him this is completely unacceptable behavior from the owner of a business. He started to walk towards me and I got in my car and left. This is extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior of a business owner. Very confrontational, rude and completely unprofessional. I will never do business there. Ever.

    I am sorry for the misunderstanding that we have had. The parking situation created by having a convenience store next to my business has often led to these types of occurrences. It was not my intention to become aggressive or disrespectful.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
