    The owner flat out lies to property owners about rules and regulations to get them to do what she wants them to do. First she said she received an email from the county and when I asked to see the email she back tracked and said it was a phone call she received. I then asked who the person was she talked to and she said she couldn't remember and she would get it when she returned to the office. A week later she emailed and shared a screen shot of a county official implying that was the person she talked to. I contacted the county official she supplied and I was told that he had NEVER spoken to her and the county does not contact third party entities regarding a property lot. This is an unscrupulous business.
