    I paid $60 for a combination electronic and paper subscription of ************** of ****************** for a 1-year period. It has now been 2 months into said subscription and I haven't gotten a single issue. I have saved the emails from when I have contacted them about getting a refund and they haven't delivered on that either. I just want my full $60 back and may they burn in h***

    Mr ********* previously paid for a one-year print subscription to our magazine on 6 February 2023.  He recently paid for a one-year combination print and digital subscription of $59.00 on 20 August 2024 and demanded a refund on September 23, 2024, because he said he had not received a magazine. On 20 August we had already mailed the September issue and by 23 September we did not yet have the October issue back from the printer there was some problem at the out of state printing company with their shipping company so we did not have and could not mail the October issue. However, he had purchased a digital subscription along with the print subscription and all he had to do was go online, call up the website, put in his log in name and his password and he could access the September issue and the complete archive of back issues. The October issue was uploaded to the digital site on 27 September, but he had already asked that his subscription be cancelled by then. The person in charge of subscriptions explained all of this on the phone to Mr. ********* but he seemed to be enraged and did not want to listen.

    We refunded $59.00 on Paypal  on 17 October 2024.

    We have published this magazine since the late 1980s and have never had a complaint to the BBB. When I went to your website to say the money was refunded, the account said it was closed and there was no place to record the information.

    Now I see that my credit score has been lowered significantly for the first time.
