    Company is shady naming different prices over the phone and in person. Only accepts cash which I am sure is not being reported to the ***. Had my car towed with a parking permit in the car. Owners ******** (******* ****) shows him towing cars and laughing about it. Many negative reviews online about the company showing how shady they are. This business should be investigated to see the illegal things they are doing to college students with little to no money. Below is attached documents of my receipt with random charges on it. Also attached is a picture of a sign showing they only have 100 in charges if illegally parked, was later charged 320 shown on receipt

    This company towed my daughters car on a Saturday night. She went to pick it up on Monday morning. They insisted on charging for 3 days of storage even though had been less than 36 hours. This is a predatory towing company in Flagstaff. They take advantage of college students.

    My car was illegally towed Friday 7/21/23.I had my parking placard displayed at my residence. Due to the recent excessive heat the placard cracked.The placard fell but was still visible yet my vehicle was towed.The business states they thoroughly check for placards before towing...Yet ***** the guy who towed my car, stated he did not see the broken placard, and stated he would not have towed me if he had saw it.My leasing office had tried to call the towing company on my behalf yet they refuse to return calls.Also they refuse to return the calls I placed.My car was illegally towed from my complex.

    Company only seeks out money. They withhold information and when you arrive at the company they up charge and suddenly claim to be cash only. Refuse to give a paper receipt and claim that they will send a receipt electronically. They neglect to ever send any receipt information. They towed my car from my place of residence. I pay monthly to park and they towed without talking to the complex or alerting anybody that they are going to tow. They patrol and wait to prey on people. They charge hundreds of dollars no matter how close or far they are to the complex. I wish I could upload documentation but they refuse to give a receipt. I live less than 5 minutes down the road and they charge over $300. They prey on college students because they know we need our car to get around especially in a place like flagstaff
