- We are paid a percentage of the funds we locate and actually recover for our clients. The fee is limited by law to ten percent of the assets actually recovered and is paid at the same time as are our clients. Our fee will be deducted from the total amount owed to each client and sent to us directly by the agency holding these funds.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Our services are provided on a contingency basis, meaning if we do not recover funds there are no fees. Our fees are limited by law, and are paid from the actual funds recovered. Therefore, there are no instances when a refund would ever be requested. All expenses for the retrieval of these assets are borne by us before, during and after the claim has been submitted. Our payment is made to us by the agency holding these funds via an assignment contract signed by our clients after full disclosure of these funds has been made to the client.
