    I have never had better customer service, when I say this I dont mean just in the AC/HVAC world I mean period from any business ever. He was accommodating in helping with financing and making sure I had the knowledge of what was going to happen. Cant say enough good things about this company.

    Today my family had the opportunity of having our a/cs serviced. The repair tech that serviced us was ****** out of ******** OZ Heating and Cooling. Not only was ****** professional, clean, friendly and efficient he also took extra time to educate us on our system and genuinely wanted us to know how to utilize our system to its fullest capacity. His bevy of knowledge gave my family a piece of mind that we were in the right hands. From our past expierences we have never met someone like ****** or anyone that has paid special attention to detail while he was in our home. Within in matter of 2 minutes on site ****** presented a five star service. Thank you ****** for giving us a service that was above and beyond!!!

    I highly recommend OZ Heating & Cooling. ****** came out the same day to inspect my a/c unit that wasnt blowing good. He checked that everything was in good working condition and provide great detailed explanation about unit and readings. He found that coils were extremely dirty which impacted airflow. He cleaned the coils and checked that my filter was good. He recommended I change my filter to MERV 5 since I had a MERV 11 which restricted more airflow. I appreciate the professionalism and honestly that ****** provided. Great company to contract for your a/c needs! You can trust such a reputable company! Stay cool.
