    I live on Fawn Ln. in ***********. I've repeatedly called and spoken with several people in the Hargus Disposal office about the neighbors who live on both sides of us having long term dumpsters. In our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions it states that all refuse containers should only be visible during the 24 hr period of the scheduled pick up time. The dumpsters are in their front yards and not only are unsightly but pose a health hazard because the lids don't have a lock. We've had a horrible problem with flies going in our house ever since the dumpsters have been placed there. I can't crack my windows due to the heat so my windshield doesn't break because one dumpster isn't far from my vehicle. I've called code enforcement, environmental health, and the ***** Nobody was of any help in finding a solution. My kids are both shaken out of their sleep every Thursday morning between 4-5 a.m. The driver still continues to slam the dumpsters down even after making several phone calls to Hargus with my concern. They claim their hydraulic system in their trucks doesn't allow them to control the speed. They allow my neighbor who runs a business out of his home to put rocks and other heavy things in his dumpster that are on their 'no' list, but throw out one broken up paver out of my trash can. Many times they have placed that same neighbors heavy dumpster over my main water shut off to where if I had an emergency, I wouldn't be able to open the lid and shut my water off. I have called their office and asked to speak with the owner a handful of times over the last almost 2 years. The owner refuses to return my phone calls. There are too many problems they're avoiding so if they do not pick up my both of my neighbors dumpsters by the end of July, I will seek a remedy via the court system so they can speak with a judge, since they aren't extending that courtesy and showing respect to me. I'm also letting them know I'm canceling my service as of July 26th.
