    On 6.28.24 we paid $322.49 to have a pool light switch replaced. We then went on vacation 3 business days later 7.3.24 to 7.31.24, so we were not home to use the pool light at all during this date range. On 8.6.24, four business days after our return we noticed the pool light was not working. On 8.6.24 we spoke to ****** (owners' wife) who said a technician would call us. On 8.6.24 the technician (*****) called to say he was too busy to call and that he would call later. He did not call back on 8.6.24 as promised. On 8.7.24 we again had to call to request help. ******* confirmed another 10 am appointment on Friday 8.9.24 with technician. We had to cancel another appointment to accept this new appointment time. On 8.9.24 technician did not show up and did not call. At 10:25 am on 8.9.24, we called and left voice mail for *******. ***** then called and said he was too busy at another job and would be there at 11:30 am versus the 10 am appointment. We have to continually initiate contact with this business to get a repair done that was paid in full and still not working. The company has missed scheduled phone calls and repair appointments as they promised. The company has continued to avoid us not assist us in any way in terms of good faith for a repair we paid for. We feel they are using tactics of fraud by not assisting us as a customer to get a repair done that we've paid for.

    Our technician went out to *** and Mrs. ******** residence on the warranty call, and tested all work. The technician determined that the issue with the pool light was not the outlet or switch we serviced, but most likely the pool light had failed/ burned out. Our company does not install or repair pool equipments that is out of scope for an electrical contractor, and falls in the scope of a pool service contractor. We recommended that a pool service company be called to inspect/diagnosis/or replace pool light. All of this was communicated to Mrs. ******* at the time of the warranty call, Mr ******* was unavailable.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
