    I am including all supporting evidence including the contract and statements made by him that he would produce 20 to 30 new clients for me within two months. He also stated that he will provide me with a full refund if I am not satisfied.Payment was made on November 25.After four months with no results, I finally requested refund as per the contract and promises made.I have received zero new clients and as the weeks progressed it became more and more difficult to get in touch with him.Supporting information attached.

    We have produced exactly what was asked and went above and beyond in producing your website. We tried our best to find new clients but was unsuccessful. We regret that we did not succeed in helping but with the amount of time spent producing the website and leads, you have received what was promised.

    Nothing that was promised or guaranteed was provided. I was promised and guaranteed a money back refund if I did not obtain 20 to 30 new clients from you within the first two months. I received no new clients. You also promised full refund if I was not completely satisfied. I obviously am not completely satisfied. I do expect and will pursue a full refund based on the contract and your promises and guarantees.
