    Id have to give this business an F- in customer service. We have called them many, many times over several months, left messages with the person who answered the phone, left messages on answering machines, and messages on extensions to managers. Never once have we gotten a return call. When the person who answered the phone in the initial call ins, gave us another number to call, it was either disconnected or out of service. One time the automated message gave us a phone number, we called and thought we had it straightened outwrote a check, mailed it inthe person assured us that took care of our bill. But guess what? We continue to get bills and a letter that says were delinquent. The letter said they would be happy to help. No phone number was given. This company is the very lowest in customer service. Our doctor has discontinued connection with themtoo many questions and complaints.

    My Doctor ordered a blood test on 8/3/23. The lab called me one week later while I was in a Zoom meeting. I asked them to call me back later. She agreed. Six weeks later I hadnt received a call back so I called them. They rescheduled me for two days later and said I would get a call the night before with a time. No one called. I called them again the day of the appointment. While on the phone I was disconnected. I called back and was told the order had been canceled at the beginning of August. I said I just talked to someone there two days ago and asked who had cancelled the order? She had no answer and didnt seem to care. I now have to call my doctor to get a new order and start over, hopefully with a business that cares about their customers.
