    Agreement made with vendor to reupholster business tables for specific price. Vendor asked for 1/2 the money up front for material costs in which the money was paid promptly. Tables were taken to the shop and dropped off in which 4 of the 15 to be completed were finished and returned. The remaining tables are still in the shop and vendor no longer has working phone number to be reached at. It has been 12 days since any communication from the vendor with no way to reach him. I have attempted to drive by the shop in which the vendor's truck is sitting out front but has not moved in over a week as well.

    On August 1st, 2022 I paid Rod a 50% down payment to have 4 chair seats re-upholstered. The work was to begin mid-August. I received no communication from ***, so I sent an inquiry 8/15/22. Since then, I sent several more voice mails, emails and text messages up to the end of Sept 2022. I have not had any communication from Rod and the service has not been provided.

    I met with Rod at the physical location called the workroom in **************. It's a workroom where they do upholstry. I selected fabric and we agreed on a price to recover my outdoor patio cushions. Rod sent me an invoice through email and indicated that I had to pay 1/2 of the total ***** of the project as a deposit. He said they were very busy and running 6-7 weeks out for doing the work, so he asked me to bring the cushions to him in a 'few weeks'. I paid the 1/2 deposit and a few weeks later tried to connect with him to drop off the cushions. The phone appears to be out of service now. I went to the workroom and there is no one there. There appears to be some paper on the window blocking the inside view. I also sent a few messages through the website requesting that someone contact me and I haven't heard anything.
