    My 125 gallon tank was completely empty. I called AZ propane to have propane delivered. Since it was empty, they said it would cost an additional $89 over the price of the actual propane to do a pressure/leak test. I agreed to pay for that extra charge. No indication that someone needed to be home, so when I returned home, I found that no propane was delivered. Since we use propane for cooking and partially for heating, I needed to get service asap. A service tech came out the next day , which was good followed by the bulk delivery of about 100 gallons. However, the service call was over $200 labor and $100 for a valve that can be purchased for $27 ***** plus another $80 for recertification of the tank since only my wife was home, she signed the invoice not knowing what was involved. I find this price gouging to be unscrupulous. I have used AZ propane for all 25 years I have lived in Fountain Hills, am enraged at this outrageous charge.
