    Once Polaris Global has your credit card number they will charge you for ever. They refuse to cancel their "subscription". No one answers the phone when I call.

    We are sorry to hear that you had attempted to reach us by phone and were not able to. Your message submitted through the BBB to our corporate email was received on April 28th and your subscription was canceled upon receipt of the request. As indicated in the confirmation email sent in response to your request to cancel, as a courtesy, we did issue a refund for the April billing. Per the terms of purchase, all recurring monthly subscriptions must be canceled in writing by either email or placing a support ticket. We do apologize for any inconvenience.     I started my self-love journey a few years ago, and when this business found me - I was lost, unsure of myself and my life and where to go or what to do next. I am blessed to be a part of such an amazing global community of like-minded people, whose general principles are to empower themselves and help others to do the same. The educational products are amazing, as well as the documentaries! I also really love the level of support, training, and mentorship I've received since joining this business!
