    I ordered 2 key fobs for my 2017 Chevrolet Impala. Two days after programming keys, I started having problems with startups. Sometimes the car would start in first try, most if the time it wouldnt. When I did get the car to start up, I would drive about 5 miles and the car would cut off, displaying a message saying no key found. Please dont waste your time or money, go to the dealership.

    If I could give below a one I would, worse customer service ever experienced. Sent clearly wrong remote and I cant get no one to answer emails. Worse of all no number to call and talk to anyone

    I ordered a key for my car from this place on Aug 28 2023!!! Today is sept 12 2023!!! When I tracked the package via **** the tracking showed my package was on the truck out for delivery on sept 5 now the tracking says moving through network!!! I went to the post office on Friday sept 8!!! And no one seems to know where it is!!!! So I called this business to let them know whats going on and NO ONE EVER answered the phone or responded to my messages!!!! This is very upsetting and unprofessional stay away from this business cause the customer service sucks!!!!

    I bought this in April of 2022 and the remote started to miscommunicate with my cars receiver by major delays to the point where it stopped communicating at all. Furthermore, I had to open my door by spamming the unlock button over literally 20+ times. Soon after, the unlock button followed by the lock button unseals/breaks rendering this key useless and I now find myself replacing this very key for a new one; however, after research, I wont be buying this again as Im opting for an OEM(original equipment manufacturer) key of higher/original Chevrolet quality than this cheap non-OEM replacement key via another discounted website. This key has been involved in many false starts and a drained battery. Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.

    I ordered a set of 2 chip keys for my 2012 Cadillac Escalade and upon arrival they looked good. I took them to our local locksmith and their machine notified them ,no chip. I thought they were just wanting to sell us their key so I had them continue to cut the key. After they cut the first key I figured Id try and program it before cutting the next key. The key was cut perfectly as it fits in the door and unlocked the door. As I followed the instructions to program the key the key slid into the ignition but will not turn. As I tried to continue to turn the key popped apart but not a huge deal because it snapped back together. Ive tried emailing the company over a weeks time twice giving a couple days to respond still no response on help or a refund. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra money for the real deal.
