************************ *****, brought a car off them started leaking oil took it to them they said the car was going to be ready the same day that they had started working on it,went and checked the car out without letting them know car was parked exactly how i left it all dusty,they said they lost the keys that was they're excuse why they hadn't worked on it and then i told them i was taking the keys and they said they found them.picked the car up because they said they have to much work I've been calling to talk to ********* the owner (franchise) boss and he's never there to solve issues or complaints he just leaves i never get a call back when they so they just play it off and ignore me tell me to call back that the owner left call the next day same thing they give me a time to call and supposedly he leaves nothing but bs excuses they just want to make their money and don't deal with customer satisfaction always refusing service ignoring me the car has been more in the shop then what I've actually used it.Been told that the owner doesn't take the cars in the shop as they're been taking to them that there's preference to certain customers that they know or that they've brought more cars off them.Sketchy a** business if i would of known would of kept my old junky car and fixed it then buying off this unprofessional people and then they get mad when i ask for pictures and receipts of what they said they did sketchy a** junk yard unprofessional f****** ***** 0stars review.********* talks nice 'charlatan' when you first go and see a car and promises the best and gives you his word after the car leaves his yard he's unprofessional,rude and does not do what his mouth says when you go and see the car once the car leaves and he has his money he doesn't care he's a jackass.

Hello, I looked into it and it seems our records indicate we successfully completed all items negotiated at time of your vehicle purchase. All the small details, requested were completed and you left satisfied. We continuously appreciate your customer feedback, as we are always working to improve our processes and communication with our clients. Im sorry to hear that you had to wait longer than expected for your vehicle to be fixed, but please know we did try to go above and beyond by covering something that was not under warranty. With 23+ years of serving our community with outstanding service, it's unfortunate you felt we did not meet our expectations.
