    I paid Vector Technology $4000 in November 2022 to scan some existing automotive parts, create a 3D model, make some minor modifications to the parts and print a prototype. After months of endless follow up conversations and emails which I can provide as evidence, they never produced a final model and never produced a prototype part. They recently claimed they are closing and would not refund my money, claiming they had consumed the $4000 in labor.

    Was an employee for this company for some time. Despite making repeated promises that they would pay wages, that has been worked for, they have yet to do so. Always insisting that it would be ASAP. But nothing. Fellow employees were also having a difficult time also getting their pay. Now its been months since leaving and still nothing. So I will be filling a formal complaint to the ********** of ***** and they have methods as I have read to get these people to give right compensation by any means. **** also be contacting other co workers at the time to see if they want to be included in this citation. Overall they have been proven to be liars and untrustworthy. A company that does not value its workers is not a company that will also treat its clients the same.

    On April 12, 2022, I ordered and paid ($2,227.27) for a SnapMaker 2.0 A350T machine, enclosure for the SnapMaker 2.0 A350T as well as accessories bits from ***************************, Technical Consultant at Vector Technology Systems. At the time I placed the order I received an invoice #*** showing I paid the full amount and owed nothing. After many emails and call with *******, in early November it was decided by ******* and myself that I would cancel my order and Vector Technology Services would issue me a full and complete refund to my wife's PayPal account. As of today, December 15, 2022, I have received numerous assurances that I would get a partial or full refund. That has not happened. I am also upset that they are telling me I might only get a partial refund. I did not give them a partial down payment for the machine I ordered I gave them the full amount they required.

    the initial issue was the sourcing of the machine.  this was explained to the client.  After a period of time, the client stated that he did not want to wait further.  He will be receiving a full refund.  It was not contemplated that the client would receive only a partial refund.

    Until I have the full refund in hand, I don't believe anything they say. They have been telling me for weeks that I would be getting a full refund. They even gave me dates that the refund would be made and all of those dates came and went and no refund. They have been stalling for many weeks and I have no confidence that they will do what they say any more. They were unable to supply the machine that I ordered and gave me the same stalling on when I would be getting it. Once I finally realized I would not be getting what I ordered, I asked them for a refund of my payment. Now I expect them to honor what they said and refund my entire purchase amount.
