    Dated May 30th, 2025, I had the owner David call me today.
    I needed to make a complaint about an install he did 9 years ago on a Trane heat pump AC unit at my house in Phoenix, Arizona
    Number one. He's very unprofessional on the phone number two. The idiot calls me a clown after I explain a critical error they did on my install.
    They installed a drain PVC pipe on my unit and they dug 6 in down into the ground and put a P-trap with a open t-coupling where dirt can travel inside the PVC pipe and plug it up and can't drain correctly.
    When I first moved in it looked like it was a PVC pipe right out the unit and just draining into the dirt but ended up it was 6 in down into the dirt with a P-trap unable to drain water. This probably hasn't been draining since 9 years ago and caused rust issues to the cooler and motor and cause mildew to build up inside the unit.
    So I explained to the unprofessional so-called owner. David, what if it happened to somebody else or you? It wouldn't feel very good because of your poor install and they didn't even put a cement slab down on the ground for the AC unit.
    So number one. I'm going to be putting out negative reviews not to shop with this idiot ever again and tell other customers that word of mouth can travel quicker than anything.
    So please do not shop with this idiot. I think he just does commercial now. I don't think he does residential anymore.
    I'll be calling channel 3 News. I'm friends with Gary on your side. I'm going to see if he can investigate this. Ding dong.
    I'm also going to be making a complaint at better Business bureau and at Yelp.
    This idiot calls me a clown over the phone. Well, he's lucky you didn't say that in front of me.
    So number one. He's unprofessional. Doesn't back up his work for unprofessional installs and puts a drainage pipe 6 inches in the ground with an opening on top so dirt can fall in.
    So please don't shop with this idiot.
