    1st issue: Being that I had my car radiator fan assembly repaired here a year ago, I had a warranty on it covering 3 years or ***** miles. I called and made an appointment to have you guys look at it. There was no mention of price for you to look at it on the initial phone call. I show up and you guys charged me 170 dollars to look at it. 2nd issue: was when they called me saying my car needed a new 50amp mega fuse costing over 200+ dollars to replace it. They wanted 85 dollars for the fuse, 30 dollars for the assembly of the circuit board, and then over 150+ dollars for labor. When I spoke to the tech I asked will there be another charge if this isnt it? He said maybe because we cant proceed without that being replaced. I said ok why cant you just use a fuse that you know works? He replied well its hard to get to but we know its that at the very least. I then said well I am not going to go down a rabbit hole here so I took the car back . The prices are ridiculous and the guy wasnt up front with me on anything. I ended up doing the work myself only costing me 9 dollars for the part! They are double dipping on their pricing, not even doctors get paid that much per hour!3rd issue: I was going to fill out their survey but it had expired. I got the option to fill it out yesterday - 6/28/2024. the appointment was on Thursday 6/27/2024. People are busy and need about a week to fill out surveys! Its almost as if they knew they did bad and dont want people to leave them a bad review! Absolutely horrible! Update your system!
