    In December of 2023 I paid $10,000 to THEE CRM GROUP LLC to rebrand and market my business. The service that were to be delivered in a 6 month time were: *********** BRAND GUIDE BRAND COLOR BOARD WARDROBE ********** 12 RETOUCHED PHOTOS BTS PHOTO SHOOT VIDEO NEW WEBSITE DESIGN 15 INSTAGRAM TEMPLATES ******** COVER PHOTO PRINTED BUSINESS CARDS BRANDED T-SHIRT However, what CRM was able to deliver was the brand color board, Wardrobe mood board, and a photoshoot in 6months time frame. All other services were not of quality or professional standard in a timely manner that I was able to use within my business.

    Hello,

    We are aware of Ms. ******* dissatisfaction with the delivery of services outlined in our agreement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and have made efforts to address her concerns. Our team has been providing these services for many years, always striving to deliver quality results and make things right when we fall short.

    The project followed a 6-month process with a defined sequence of tasks, but delays occurred, primarily due to difficulties in finalizing the logo design. Without an agreed-upon logo, we were unable to complete key components of the project within the originally planned timeframe. Once the logo was finalized, it impacted the direction and timeline of the remaining work.

    In May, we made an effort to resolve the situation professionally by offering two options: we would either complete the remaining deliverables with additional time, considering the delays, or provide a partial refund for the deliverables that had not been completed. However, given the effort our team invested throughout the project, we were unable to offer a full refund for the retained amount.

    We had hoped to reach a fair resolution that would be reasonable for both Ms. ****** and our team, but we were unable to come to an agreement.
