    Pay attention before giving them money. Was quoted $500 to design a new wrap for my company fleet. Paid 1/2 the total invoice up front. When every design that came through resembled our competition we could no longer proceed. I asked to have everything but the $500 returned and was denied. Not sure the reason since they did zero work above a few design ideas.

The initial design phase at Wolf Designs involves dedicated time and resources, and our non-refundable deposit reflects this commitment to crafting unique concepts tailored to each clients brand.We understand that the preliminary designs didnt fully meet your preferences, and we value your input. Many designs require multiple revisions to capture our clients vision fully, and we regret we werent given that opportunity. To clarify, after we didnt receive feedback following our four requests in February, we transferred your deposit in April 2023, per your request, to a different wrap project for your Navigator. Throughout 2023in January, February, June, October, and Novemberwe reached out several times to assist with finalizing your project. While we werent able to complete it, we kept your deposit on file from 2023 to 2024 to allow flexibility for a future ********** previously communicated, our policy states that deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work. However, as a courtesy, were still happy to transfer your deposit to a future project. Please feel free to reach out directly so we can find the best way to move forward and meet your needs.
