    We had our carpet and kitchen chairs cleaned on June 13th. The technician did a great job on the carpet. However, we had damage to the cushions on our kitchen chairs when cleaned. Contacted company the same day to notify them of the damage. ****, the owner, came out on June 27th to take pictures for an upholstery company to give a price to reupholstery four chairs. The bid came in at $980.00. This is when all communication broke down. **** will never return calls or answer emails. We have sent numerous texts and phone calls, of which I have documentation . On August 11th, my husband called from a different phone where there would be no caller I.D., and **** answered. He told us the price was too high and wanted to know what we wanted him to do. Our reply was to take care of the chairs. He said he would consult with his partner and promised he would call us back by 4:00 P.M. on August 13. We have never heard from him since. We are appalled that the owner of a company doesn't have the decency to at least follow up with the customer and try to make restitution for the damages. I might add that **** has never made any kind of an offer.
