Arizona's First Chiropractic and Dr. ***** **** who owns it are complete scam artists! I want the fee that I paid them reversed immediately! They led me on to think they could help me with my neuropathy. They have such shade business practices that I made a complaint with the ************************************ and Dr. **** has been put on Probation and required to take continuing education classes. They proclaim they took an xray but never gave me results of the xray. They instead had me watch a 20 minute video. As soon as the video was on it felt like a brainwashing video. I pulled my phone on it to scroll as I did not know what else to do. They have high pressured tactics and tried to get me to sign a contract for the attached invoice of $15,000. They tried getting me to finance it for 5 years, paying $455 a month which would be a total amount of over $27,000. Admittedly I get social anxiety and am not good with telling people no. I get uncomfortable. I had to lie my way out of the office. I told them I needed to go home to look at my finances because I would just pay it in full as I had big job I was getting paid for. They wanted to know the soonest I could bring in the money. I told them the following week and just said that so I could leave. They repeatedly tried to get me to sign the contract. According to the Association, there are other complaints against Dr. **** and his nefarious practices of high pressure sales! It's disgusting. My son called the office manager and she tried blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility. They did not care at all. They actually said they would ONLY REFUND MY MONEY IF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS WERE DELETED!! I want my money back from this scam doctor immediately.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/21/2025

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and provide clarity regarding the concerns raised. While we are disappointed to hear the patient had a negative impression of our clinic, we must respectfully state that the complaint contains numerous false and misleading statements that do not accurately reflect our care, communication, or clinic procedures.
We take patient satisfaction and transparency very seriously. Our clinic follows a structured and thorough new patient process, which includes comprehensive evaluations and clearly outlined next steps. At no time do we pressure patients into care, and every individual is given the time and space to make informed decisions about their health journey. It is our policy to strongly recommend every patient bring a spouse or loved one when discussing their findings and treatment recommendations. This provides additional support and prevents miscommunications and misunderstandings. Sadly, in this case, the patient refused to bring a loved one.
That said, in the spirit of goodwill and to bring closure to this matter, we are processing a full refund of the new patient fee. We hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to integrity and professionalism.
We remain committed to providing high-quality care and maintaining open, honest communication with all of our patients.
    Sincerely,

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to return my funds. I find it very sad that Dr. **** is trying to gaslight me and say my complaint was full of untruths. If that is the case, I would like to know what I said was untrue. The fact that Dr. **** will not admit to any wrongdoing and responsibility tells me he has not learned his ******* If my statement was incorrect, why did the ************* take my complaint, have Dr. **** as part of their board meeting explain what happened and then he received probation and continuing education hours. This is proof that Dr. **** is wrong and has extremely pressured sales tactics. I was pressured to sign the contract and get them the $15,000 in full as soon as possible. They wanted to know when I would get paid so that I could give them the money. I was also told by the Board that I was wise not to sign Dr. ****** contract and that others had the same complaints.

I look forward to my money being reversed as soon as possible.

    Regards,

    ****** ********
