    I have tried to cancel the membership with this company for months now . Not only did they not cancel the membership, they continue to charge me for a prescription. I have no clue how to cancel this. They just ignore me! I have never experienced this before

    Strive Pharmacy does not have any memberships, so there is nothing for us to cancel. The membership mentioned here is actually with the patient's provider. In this scenario we simply act as a fulfillment center for the provider, so she will need to reach out to them directly to get her membership cancelled. There isn't anything Strive can do to help facilitate that.

    Unethical pricing. $55 for 15 gm, Jan 2024.$105 for 10 gm, Jan 2025. (plus $10 shipping)Not a price increase for everyone.Less of the same product for increased cost to me.They do not assign prices based on the quantity dispensed.They assign prices based on the number of days *********** if I take it less days per week, the prescription lasts more days, and the price is higher.Multiple calls to negotiate.Willing to pay $70, ($60 for product + $10 for shipping), which is generous for 10 gm.They were unwilling to negotiate.

    Hello, 

    I would like to respond to Complaint ID ******** from ***** ******* with the following:

    The statement that there is not a price increase for everyone is false. We have our pricing set up to be the same for everyone and it is not dependent on patient demographics. When establishing our pricing structure, we take into account the amount of different hormones in the medication, the overall quantity supplied, and the day supply yield which determines when the patient will be in need of a refill. This approach hasn't changed and has been our pricing model for years. However, this may be the first time the patient is seeing it this way due to the directions on their prescription changing from a daily application to only twice weekly. Therefore, instead of needing to refill after 30 days, they now have a 70 day supply and will be needing a refill roughly half the time. We'd be happy to discuss this further and will have one of our representatives reach out to the patient directly.

    This pharmacy is difficult to deal with. When I started I was quoted $95 for my prescription back in March 2022 which included shipping. Now my last order I got charged and questioned why only charged $90. Response was that is what they charge with shipping. Well then they owe me some money for overcharging me this past year. My very first order (and everyone after) there was no price on the receipt. I asked them to send one. They send a receipt with the order but it has no price on it which makes ZERO sense! I constantly have to request a receipt for my prescription that actually has the price on it because I need it for taxes. It's like pulling teeth EVERY SINGLE TIME! They don't even have the price listed on my online account anywhere to screen shot. I have requested a copy of my last receipt 3 times and still haven't gotten it 3 wks later. I have now chosen a new compounding pharmacy because this one has issues and the fact that especially now I am being ignored my request for my receipt. They owe me some money back. I do not recommend this company as their communication is BAD!

    On 5/26/2023 I contacted this pharmacy to see if they could fill my prescription. I spoke directly with a pharmacist that said they could and that it would take a week or so and cost in the ballpark of $65. I immediately sent the script to their pharmacy and they did confirm receipt. They sent me a bill for $125 on 5/31/23 advising I had to prepay before they would get my prescription ready. I paid the same day and received a confirmation email stating my meds would be ready in 5-7 business days. I reached out to them on 6/6/23 to get an ETA for pick up. They were very rude did not provide an ETA and said it had only been 3 days. On 6/9/23 I texted again since this is the 8th business day and I still had not heard anything. Hours after my text they responded and said it was delayed. I texted again and requested an ***. No response. I called and spent 40 minutes on the phone only to find out they still dont even have the product because they failed to order it. The main solution can be purchased on Amazon for $25 and has next day. I again asked for an ETA. None was provided. When asked why they didnt tell me they didnt have it on Tuesday and have made no effort to order it they had no response. Unethical to have someone prepay for a product and then not provide that product with the specified timeframe. Also they have no ETA when they will get it. This is not due to any kind of shortage only due to their neglect in ordering. They made no effort to resolve this issue. Now they have wasted 2 weeks and taken my money with no product and no ETA as to when they will do their job and get it.
