    I hired this company to reseal my ****************** area.The coating immediately began to peel and I have since been going back and forth with them in an effort to get them to correct the job they obviously did poorly.I will list below the actions I have taken:March 2022 Had my driveway epoxied & resealed. I was told I couldn't park in the driveway for 2 weeks, I used my neighbors driveway for a month to be sure it was cured. A month or so after parking in my carport, I started to notice it was "coming up" or was "flaking". I started reaching out to Ultimate Concrete to have them come look at it and I was told the owner or GM would need to come out, I continued to ask them to come for months &months. August 2023 A friend of mine called and left a message for Ultimate Concrete as she was a Paralegal at a law firm and used her knowledge to leave a message, they finally called back and I sent pictures to ******. On 8/23/23 *** (owner) came out and said he'd have to get with "his boss" and call me back next week. 9/9/23 Left Message asking for Call Back 9/11/23 Office returned call will talk to *** and call me tomorrow 9/12/23 No Return Call 9/18/23 L/M 10/1/23 L/M 10/3/23 ****** called said she hadn't talked to *** yet, hopes to c/b tommorow 10/13/23 L/M 4:30pm 10/15/23 ****** called "still waiting to hear from ***, may have **** come out"10/30/23 L/M 10:46am I was hospitalized after having a *** and did not contact them again until March 2024 3/27/24 I L/M stating I would give them 10 days to resolve this on-going matter 3/28/24 L/M 7:37am 4/1/2024 ****** called, says she is still waiting to talk to ***. I told her the driveway was getting worse and I sent pictures. Said she would call in a few days.4/2/24 9:10 am I received a text from ****** stating she received the pictures and would be in touch "as soon as GM tells me what we can do" and she would save the pics to my file.4/5/24 Left another message @ 12:31pm that I hoped to have this resolved by now.
