    *************** (or whatever his real name is) describes himself as an honest, religious family man. The quote and invoice are professional and timely enough.Then he does absolutely nothing and makes excuse after excuse. Eventually he stops replying to requests and attempts to vanish.I am now at what may be the last phase where communication stops or lags with another excuse.I even offered to come get the fencing and help with installation. Unfortunately he stopped replying. This leads me to believe he never did purchase the material and combined with his unethical laziness runs and hides. There are many other victims out there. He really needs to be stopped.
