They was called by the a plumber I was using without my consent. W***** looked around and put tape on the wall to mark where he needs work to be done. Then asked for my homeowners insurance to help me make a claim. Then told me I need to clear out my walk-in closet and bathroom because of the leak. Suggested a service out of pocket cost and I said No. Next morning 2 young men came and spent 2 hours doing nothing, but told me it will be a 1 week or 2that they needed to put a mold guard up and close off my bathroom and closet. Then they asked for my wi-fi password and left. Then they called me and said that I had bugs and will not come back until I call a pest control. Called the main guy and he said to use his guy, because they not coming out until I do. Set up with a different *** Then I kept getting phone calls from other companies saying they were the rebuild company. Had a bad feeling and decided not to use them and called and texted the main guy. Then he started calling and texting me and asking me why and trying to lay a guilt trip on Even tried calling with a different number. They next morning again kept harassing me. They didn't do anything, but try to scam me out of my home owners insurance money by referring every one of their partner business for a piece of our money and time. They string you along with all the *** Because I am a senior I feel targeted.

Eco Dry did more damage than the water leak. They have an incentive to do that because the more they tore out the more they got paid. I'm filing a complaint. They are also are working without a business permit.

I called in EcoDry to fix water damage from an **** company. EcoDry caused more water damage throughout the process via their dehumidifier leaking and soaking through my carpet. After asking for a manager to contact me for multiple days and having 16 phone calls go to voicemail on their 24/7 emergency lines I only was able to talk to someone over 48 hours after the damage was found. The day the damage was found I was told a new dehumidifier would be brought on the next day, this didn't happen and was allegedly never in the report, I didn't get one until I told the manager it was promised. I was asked to provide towels to clean up their leak on my carpet, they've walked on my white carpets with dirty shoes repeatedly, and to make matters worse the new dehumidifier leaked the entire way down the stairs as it was removed after the work was finished. Crazy that now I have a higher electric bill, more water to clean up, and carpet to clean up, yet I had to fight to get someone on the phone to offer the most basic apology and not offer to cover any expenses their damage has incurred. In the end, I am worse off for having hired this company. This review was originally posted on another website, the company then reached out asking what they can do to make things right and have me remove the review, then decided actually fixing it was too much and are now ghosting me. Truly pathetic behavior.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are inconsiderate and work with you to schedule times or respect a scheduled times, the employees are disrespectful in your house, they do not respond to communication, and do not take responsibility for any additional damages they cause.A plumber recommended EcoDry Restoration. 1) They don't schedule a time with you even if they say they will. 2) If they do schedule a time, they don't respect that time and show up hours later. 3) *********** left, said they'd return in 15 minutes and an hour later we just called and told them to schedule a time the next day to come back as it was already 5:50 pm. 3) They showed up the next day and while they were working they were very rude and disrespectful. They made a lot of noise like yelling and banging to get our dogs to start barking and then they would immediately laugh at that, and one gentleman sneezed very loudly and the other guy laughed really loud in reaction. They seemed to be messing around with each other while they were working. We work at home and this was very distracting. 4) Once they were done and left we had noticed they had broken a tile and our insurance adjuster refuses to fix it as it's not a covered damage. The restoration company which was recommended by EcoDry and are part of the same parent company will not work with EcoDry to work out repairs for our tile and was trying to get the insurance to cover it, and EcoDry will not respond to any communication and take responsibility for the damage they have caused in our house. It's been over a month, our kitchen still hasn't been repaired because we want to make sure our flooring also is taken care of and we're not ignored like we already have been.

I had EcoDry come to take care of cleanup for a water leak from upstairs, they were quick and efficient at removing the damaged wall board. The cleanup team took great care to contain the dust and refuse from the demolition. The equipment they left to dry the place was more than just fans but a dehumidifier as well which pulled the moisture from the air, allowing the fans to work more efficiently. The follow up checked that the moisture level was down low enough to prevent mold from growing. Only after that goal was achieved did the equipment removed and final clean up done.

BEWARE. Nightmare.... I would definitely not recommend this company. Take the time to get other estimates. Read the BBB reviews. 1 altered x a c t i m a t e price list. 2) they overcharged for fuel 3) emergency service call. I called and asked them if they charged more on Sunday they said no we are an emergency service well when I get hard copy yes they did charge me more. 4) equipment decontamination. Not necessary 5) Hepa vacuum and filters they charged me $431.38 for one filter. 6) labor hrs plus additional 12 hours of Labor. Travelers is my insurance they harassed badgered and insulted them. My insurance adjuster has 22 years under his belt I believe he knows what he's doing. Travelers spent 5 hours in my home. They had the nerve to send per ARS ****** (A)(11) and 15. They have threatened me with a lien against my home. I've offered them $1,998.39 what my insurance has approved. I now have to correspond through their legal department. My insurance has been canceled and has tripled in price, no fault of travelers they have been excellent I can't blame them I wouldn't want to deal with these people either. I was told the insurance would handle everything and I signed the paper I signed my life away. I now have to sell my house because I cannot afford the insurance. All of this over a water heater . My house is a mess In the laundry room there's half a wall all the way around the room. My room is torn up also half wall. Everything I had in the laundry room is on the patio washer dryer I can't use until I get my laundry room done. All the boxes are unhmarked so I have no idea what's in them. My vintage wall clock that is huge is cracked, also my sander and jigsaw missing I knew exactly where it was in the file cabinet but you only have 24 hours after you sign their pad. i . Eco dry lied to travelers about me signing the last paper. I refused. I could keep going on . My point is please don't let him take advantage of you. Take care Nori

Run the other way. American Home Shield sent them to the house after a water leak damaged floor and drywall. Initially I was impressed with their stated ability to coordinate the tear out, dry out, and reconstruction. They failed to coordinate with the plumber and reconstruction company. They did not communicate with us regarding status of repairs and when we could turn the water back on and move back home. They left our back door wide open during dry out after being told to be sure doors were closed and locked. Use this company at your own risk. They talk a good game and fail to deliver!
