      I have Better floors installed a new vinyl plank the companys representative was pleasant and the installers worked really long hours to finish the job in one day the installation were for three bedrooms and a kitchen but after a few weeks I noticed some bubbles from my kitchen floors so I reached out in August as the installation happened in June and the peson on the line said to send photos which I did but never heard back then I got a text from *** selling me about solar so I said hey what about my flooring that I sent to you about the bubbles and he said oh we will take care of that and that was months ago sometime in November so I texted him again last week but no answer so I think once they got your money they do not really do what they say they will I will find their ROC and file a complaint agains them too all I want is a simple action plan as I have a warranty of 30 years for the flooring and it has not even a year yet just a simple visit to my home and really fix the problem but this company is not taking me seriously so we will see

      Best Service! Great Price! Highly Recommend!! They took care of everything. Being older I wasn't sure how to move my furniture out of the way. They moved the furniture for free!

      I paid them up front for a project that they never finished. I paid up front because they have done multiple projects for my family and I was under the impression that they were trustworthy. I have now been trying to contact them for literally two years and I found out several months ago that the business number is out of service. I was finally able to get into contact with his son who is in the flooring business as well. He committed to coming over two months ago. I have heard from him once since then. I now cannot get ahold of him at all. I know he is receiving my texts and voicemails because he pocket dialed me a few days ago. I have asked him politely several times if he could schedule me because I need to have my house appraised. Also, because I have ants crawling in from the cement below. He continues to ignore me. I am desperately trying to contact somebody from their company because I dont feel it is fair that I should have to pay another person to do a job that has already been paid for in full. Working with this company has been a terrible experience.
