I have an issue with my utility bill of 09.24.2024 because it states I used ***** gallons of water. Upon discussing with ***** in ***************** she indicated that it is based on an average use of water dating back to 2017 when my household use 8000 gallons. That is impossible that I have ever used 8000 gallons of water in 2017 and any meter reads should be based on actual consumption, not an average from 7 years ago, that is illegal and fraud. I made clear to ***** that I live alone and was in the hospital from 8.7.2024 through 9.23.2024, so now I am even questioning all my billing charges for water meter readings that are inaccurate and charging me for water I have not used. Please see attached bills and get this corrected and refund any monies due me or I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau as FRAUD.

The above customer has reached out to our customer service and a response was provided regarding their water usage on October 29, 2024.  Our meter technicians physically read the meters each month, and the usage is correct based on what is showing on the customers meter.

Kona **** Services, ************************************************************************************************************ ***** - One of the Kona sales persons visited my home in ********* to inquire if I would be interested in the companies window cleaning services. The sales person gave me a price and I agreed to the price for the 1 time service which he confirmed. The contract was than emailed to me indicating this is a annual subscription for the service which I did not agree to and was not mentioned by the sales person. The sales person than approached my neighbors to ask if they would like the windows cleaning service and that I was already a customer of Kona getting my windows cleaned by them twice a year which is another lie.
