    I emailed the owner in march informing her I need to switch to the monthly package instead of the unlimited. She acknowledged and I informed her the amount. In August, I realized that she continued to bill me every month. I informed her and politely asked for a refund. She ignored my entire email and chose to only refund me one month, acknowledging that it was an error. After informing her that she incorrectly only refunded me for one month, she stopped responding. I called and emailed. I then went ahead and informed my credit card company so they can deal with her directly. I just got a call from a bill collections agency informing me that she submitted everything as an uncollectible when that is false. She has been charging me this entire time and now expects me to pay again?

All of our studios are independently owned and operated and all memberships are processed directly through the local studios.  We recommend you continue to contact the Pure Barre studio directly to follow up regarding your Pure Barre membership. In the meantime, we will reach out to the studio team to  to notify them regarding the Better Business Bureau complaint.
