    ****************. Do not use. Very inefficient I fired them after 5 days No one responded to our texts after initial case worker visit. We needed a hospital bed. Medication and nurse for my 92 year old mother asap hired hospice of the valley they were at the house within 4 hours of our phone call with a hospital bed medications and a nurse. ARKOS I RATE A 1 star. Hospice of the valley a 5 star!!

    ARKOS, keep calling the first few times ask N me about my house and if it needs repairs , not about my health, after numerous, call , now they want to come for a health. Check, I SAY NO. STOP CALLING I HAVE A DOCTOR

    Spot on, they are of no help to anyone except to them give someone a job. I was told they were coming to my house to help me with anything I needed. Complete lie, they ask me questions and a month later another lady came an asked the same questions. She wanted to come again in two weeks, she said "to follow up". I asked her what she was going to follow up with " a plan". In realty there is no plan because I realized I was being used as a data sheet for the state. WHAT AN ******* TO MY INTELLIGENCE! So being this is connected to ******** and medicad they use tax payer money for this useless program for the elderly. why not put the money to better use with lower or no deductibles and better coverage, which is another money grab by the state. They will NOT be coming to my house again, very sad to use the elderly in this why. I would rate zero if there was one.

    Is Arkos some kind of joke? I spent nearly an hour on the phone with a nurse practitioner over a week ago. I now see that we were having two different conversations. I desperately need a referral to interventional radiology. I need an x-ray and an MRI to get things started. I received a call today with a referral to an optometrist. What? Not what I need. Not what we discussed at all. And I am not going to give personal information out over the phone when I did not initiate the call. So the person, if she was legit, said she was just going to cancel everything. Okay, great. A complete waste of my time evidently. Arkos is useless.
