    When I arrived to the business I advised the worker ****** that we were having a sweet 16 gathering of 12 people and then there was a shift change and then ******* said it could be only 8. Then ****** said 6 per room I was told that we could have music as long as it was done by 10 pm I was called a nuisance by the manager and other racial slurs was extremely rude the employee locked me out the room didnt give me a chance to clean or anything.

    I once again decided against my better judgement decided to stay and use my points earned at the same Hyatt Place in ******* ** had a very disturbing mistreatment back 09/2021. I greatly regret that decision. I stayed at Hyatt Place from 06/12/2023 through 06/17/2023. On 06/16/2023 front desk called me to come down because I had rebooked online through their "world of hyatt" app for 1 final night. Front desk clerk said they needed to use my phyiscal card that i used online to stay that final night. I explained my discover credit card was in the mail to me and only had virtual card. I went back to my room and called discover cc to see how to load onto my applepay. After doing that I called back downstairs to front desk to notify I have my cc on my applepay successfully. I was then told by front desk clerk to go online and rebook room and just check in online , So I did. Next morning I saw my discover cc was charged for 2 rooms for that prev night! Brought this to mangements attention and I stated that my nobody EVER stepped foot in that 2nd room that I had already been charged for nor did anybody ever check in for that room. Manager said "no, my night clerk said she made key cards for you for that room and digital card online was used for that room". I was shocked and appalled because NONE of that was true! I said I know there is video footage in the hotel and to check that and see that neither myself or my guest (my brother) EVER even went on that floor let alone that room! Manager said he would speak to his manager about it. Now, 2 days later it shows online I was charged for 2 different rooms than what I stayed in and also charged a "no show" for 1 of those rooms! This is beyond ridiculous!
