    They charged a $99 trip fee to my 91 year old mother and she says she was not informed until they arrived. I told her to use one of our local businesses that do not charge this fee. What is it for anyway? If is for gas they must be driving from **********. A lot of businesses do this so their actual charges for work actually performed looks lower. She will not be using this company again. I hope legislation will stop this kind of gouging.

    We had a serious problem with a newly purchased refrigerator that required a replacement freezer door which Whirlpool estimated would take at least six months to make. We only made it through the ordeal by Eagle One's owner, ****, generously offering us his only refrigerator loaner that sufficed until we finally received satisfaction from Whirlpool. All of Eagle One's employees we met were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
