      Furniture was damaged during the move and the moving company sent out their furniture repair guy to come try and fix it. But unfortunately he made my custom piece of furniture look worse. He sanded a stained item and then painted over it, not stain it. And then he sprayed lacquer over part of the top and got lacquer spray on part of the furniture that wasnt ruined. He completely ruined my custom tv stand. And now the company is arguing with me about compensation.

      Our company sent out a repair man to fix the couple of pieces of furniture that were scuffed during the move. 
      The repair man started his process to fix the pieces. He repaired the first piece and started the second piece. While he was working on the second he came across some damage done by her dog and fixed it for free, no charge to the client. While working on the second piece again the client told him to stop what he was doing. He was not yet finished with his process. Our repair man left. Again, he was not yet finished in his process. 
      She asked him to stop, so he did. He left and called us immediately to let us know she stopped him part way through his process and so the repair wasn't finished. He stated if given the opportunity to complete his process the scuff wouldn't be visible. We've worked with our repairman for 11 years and we've never had a complaint, he's never been asked to stop a repair. Our clients are more than thrilled with his work and is usually asked back to help with additional projects.
      She also didn't notify us of the damages until a week later and we attempted to rectify the issue immediately without questions.
