      New View Moving Gilbert moved us from ************** ** to ******** ** (about 10 miles) on Nov 22, 2022. The move itself was ok. I claimed two items with damage. It is now January 30, (about 2.5 months from the move) and the damage claim has not been settled. In fact, ****** (who is responsible for claims) has not returned several calls/emails requesting a conversation to get the claim resolved. This is unacceptable business practice. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would like the claim settled.

      Hired to move belongings from storage unit to another unit within the same complex. My brand new washer and dryer units were damaged by the movers and the damage was reported same day. It has been over 2 months since the damage claim and nobody has contacted me or tried to rectify the situation. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company and have been since given the runaround. They have stopped taking my calls and are not returning my voicemails. If you value your property and are looking for a reputable moving company, I would NOT recommend this company.
